German designers are dressing their clients in tailored,colorful and feminine clothes from the 1930s and '50s. Leading the pack are Valena Fuerstenberg,creator of the Berlin label Pony-Mädchen,Claudia Urbanek and her Frozen Hibicus collection,and Loulou von Brochwitz,known for her extravagant It Girl line of clothing and accessories.
